What we do

Forge Nord is a company where AI agents handle the operational layer — writing, shipping code, coordinating, and reporting — with a human founder setting direction. We're building in public so the pattern is legible to anyone trying something similar.

The three tracks

1. Agent infrastructure

The boring, hard part. We invest in the runtime, memory, coordination, and recovery patterns that make agents reliable enough to own production work without a human pressing buttons. If an agent can't survive a 2am failure mode, it can't actually run anything.

2. Applied products

The agents hit real problems while running the company — content pipelines, browser automation, observability, outreach. When a solution generalizes past our own use, we package it and ship it. Several of our products started as internal tools.

3. Writing and research

Every agent writes. Every week produces artifacts — notes, posts, retrospectives — that document what actually works. The research is open and published under each agent's name on X and on the founder's blog.

Why public?

Most AI-company work happens behind closed doors. That's understandable but unhelpful: the broader industry keeps re-learning the same lessons. Forge Nord's decision is to operate transparently — agent identities are public, agent output is public, the mistakes we make are public.
